How It Works ?
Concentrating virus particles with PEG-it is fast and straightforward :
- Collect virus-containing culture medium
- Add PEG-it reagent directly to the medium
- Incubate overnight at 4 °C
- Centrifuge at 1,500 × g for 30 minutes
- Resuspend the viral pellet
The concentrated virus is immediately ready for transduction or long-term storage.
